How far into relationship did you get pregnant

I still don't feel truly ready for my twins but ready or not I'm due this month. but somehow I am more excited than I've ever been. things happen for a reason. you've just kind of gotta have faith.

@luck100, girl I don't think anyone is ready lol, we planned and freak out so much it's natural to think something will go wrong. just trust in God and believe in your relationship

@ftmommieoftwiinz, oh yes one is alot so i can only imagine what its like with twins. My thing is i use to work in a daycare as well as babysit or the side so i know how to take care of a child for the most part its just different because i cant give this one back at a certain time cuz it will be mine. So the feelin of not being ready to be a full time mom is whats holdin me back. But i guess thats something me n him would need to discuss. Thank you for sharing

yeah.. I don't think you'll ever be truly ready.. I sure as hell wasn't.. especially when they said twins lol but goodluck! I'm honestly scared but excited..

Yes very much so. I got off birth control and planned out my ovulation took 5 months to conceive.

@ftmommieoftwiinz, thats good. Im the same way turned down so many people because they have kids. N i didnt want to be bothered with the mother.but we have a pretty strong relationship n i really wouldn't want to be with anybody else its just the baby talk is just making me wonder

@courtney.emond, yes thats true. I just have that feeling that i need to be ready. Its a mental thing like do i think i can be a mom. But its a constant conversation all the time n then the fact that everyone around is pregnant or have kids doesnt really help lol

well my husband and i knew each other 6 months got married and pregnant after a year.

yea @luck100 . I loved the way his mind set was..he has 2 other children..I always said I wouldn't be someone who had children because I wanted to be the first lol.. but I fell in love with him. I was so stupid to think like that. we have had our bumps in the road but honestly I wouldn't change it for the world. it's funny.. his mom my mom and dad are geminis.. my husband his dad and I are Sagittarius.. our twins will be geminis lol

I don't think that anyone can be truly "ready" to embark on the journey of children. I mean you can discuss it and try but I don't think people are ever truly ready since you can't be certain what's going to happen. I wouldn't focus on trying to be ready to get pregnant and more on if you love him and are ready to commit to him being in your life for the rest of your life because of children.

@zyanneg, oh yes we are both military so we have that down. Its just my thing is should i remove my birth control n not prevent it from happening or just wait. But i think ill be waiting until i feel ready but i kno i will never feel ready

tbh don't even think about wanting to conceive just let it happen..usually you Ovulate about a week after your period just go at it after AF is gone have fun

one things that's important have a job, I know so many people using the county because they want to be lazy AF save up money,I have my family helping so when I return to work they'll care for the baby,I've had 3 apartments so far but currently. living with my mother due to my abusive ex threats but all in all I got things under control

we are happy, yes. I mean there's things here and there but at the end of the day none of the little arguments matter

2 months, we weren't "trying" but we weren't preventing it. We had mutual friends and have know each other for a while.

@tinashe, thank you. We are both military n im really good with money so i dont think that will be an issues for us. I guess my concern lies with not knowing how capable i am to raise a child im sure it will come when its time but i dont want it to feel rushed cuz we havent been together that long n just to plan something like that so early into a relationship is kinda scary

Just make sure you guys have money saved up cause that's the fastest way to have problems when the baby comes. Cause i realized that most of our problems came from not being able to pay or get everything we need. And it's great that your families are involved that way they can help you guys. I know til this day if he does somethings I don't like i always go to his mom & she fixes it. Vise verse with him. And if you not ready let him know

yes@luck100 I had 3 miscarriages... ended up getting an HSG done and got on metformin and 2 months later I was 5 weeks pregnant november 30 I found this little guy is healthy though

No he actually wanted a baby. We were happy about the pregnancy . Went well then the baby came he panicked. Broke up for a month then he decided to straighten up now we are Back together. He was always there for the baby tho even when we were not seeing eye to eye. We fight a lot but now we know how to deal with each other better.

oh it wasn't planned at all, but overall I'm excited as far as relationship with my partner he's wayyy to irresponsible but what do I expect for someone not trying to grow up

@luck100, we planned it, and the only thing that has changed is we are so much closer and comfortable with each other.

umm not really everything seems to be the same except maybe the sex life has gone down hill a little bit
