I’ve had all mine c section and my 2nd and 3rd babies are 11 months apart. They do recommend waiting but in my case we weren’t trying. Just not on any birth control.
My sister in law had an emergency c-section with her first and did not wait 18 months before ttc. She nearly had a uterine rupture from the c-section scarring and ended up with a failed vaginal birth after c-section and had to have another emergency c-section.
@shaneengregory29, on your ovulation day just do it like your life depends on it. As many times as possible. But remember not to stress about it. Just let it happen.
Quite awhile, probably 2-3 months for my incision to heal over on the outside, then another 3-5 months for it to feel completely healed. My doctor told me to wait 18 months or so after surgery to try for another baby if I wanted a vbac.
not with my first, I had him at 23 weeks though, he didn’t survive the pregnancy so we tried again as soon as we could. I ended up having a csection with my daughter though.

I'm not on no birth control pills either I had a C-section last year dec 20 and my feritity days are 8,9,10,11,12,14and ovluation day is the 13

I believe so but they say it’s best to wait 18 months. I’d just ask my doctor to be sure. I waited until my daughter was 15 months and I was fine.
