this happened to my son. because he was still learning how to poop he wasn't relaxing his butt muscles so he got a few little cuts around his butthole which hurt him when he pooped & caused some bleeding. the doctor told me to put Neosporin on the cuts for a few days everytime i changed his diaper & they clearned up fast. he hasn't had an issue since.

What your dairy intake. It made a huge difference with my son. @bellahali
