@meagansimone, I pump because I'm prone to getting plugged ducts and mastitis. Already had mastitis once, almost had it a second time last week till I pumped pumped pumped. I hate it though. I went from pumping 5x a day to 3x thank God

Get some skin to skin time. Eat some oats and drink a lot of water.

the thing is I've noticed my supply has gone down a lot and I am trying to increase it by pumping at least every 2 hours I am only pumping by the way @meagansimone

In the first few weeks, engorgement is normal and needs to be left alone.

Unless you're only pumping, pumping while baby is asleep isn't recommended. Your supply will regulate to what babh needs
