One of my new mommas in my groups is doing PiYo and loving it! It's not affecting her milk supply or making her scar feel bad. So maybe something like that?
Just ease into it. some cardio plus weights. Start out light. I would go to bodybuilding.com or you tube to look up workouts and proper form.
I'll do that tonight lol hopefully I won't fall or fail 😂
