When can they tell me the gender of my child, and BE SURE? Sometimes they're wrong ya know. I don't know if it's to early to tell sometimes or what the case is.
I'm so confused because I've had a lot of people tell me that I'll know when I'm in labor because of the contractions , but I've also had people tell me they didn't feel their contractions until after their water broke , which sometimes the doctors had to do .. So when do you know ??
I don't think she gets it. I swear sometimes I just need to renew my policy to not look at the comments in Facebook. I never used to. I don't know why I started. But the ignorance is real.
Sometimes you know your body better than everyone else. Not every woman will produce high levels of hcg throughout pregnancy some it can take weeks some it can take months don’t trust a blood test don’t trust a urine test trust your heart and when you know it’s times it’s time this doctor was not a gynecologist so he did not give me a quantitative blood test to actually see what my hcg level is at I hope this helps some of you ladies who just feel like giving up and stop testing because of what everyone else thinks or what a doctor tells you trust your body you know your body better than a blood test and a pee test and god will lead you to the right path

18 weeks. Baby is fully developed and big enough to clearly tell in most cases

Blood is the only way to be totally sure, but ultrasounds after 18wks are most accurate.

There's a private place here in Milwaukee that starts gender reveal ultrasounds at 14 weeks. I did mine at 15 and I saw it was a boy

The Dr's wait until around 18-20 weeks for the 2nd trimester ultrasound because of other reasons. they do the scan to check vital organs and do measurements, telling the sex of the baby is just an added bonus for most ppl.

i got my confirmation at 15 weeks through blood test.

my first anatomy scan was at 18 weeks but I had to go back at 22 weeks to make sure.
