So I need help explaining the measurements my due date was originally February 22nd they pushed it back to March 2nd because the baby was measuring small Now today at my appointment when my doctor seen my ultrasound pictures she said wow that's a big baby and at the top of my ultrasound pictures it says 11.8cm?? Is that truly the size of my baby at 12weeks??

my last two pregnancies I had preemies my son however who put me in the hospital for 3 months until he was born both born at 32 weeks. we just don't know why my body won't hold a pregnancy after 32 weeks I actually started dilating with my son at 24weeks I got all the way to 3cm until they hospitalized me.
