I'm so confused because I've had a lot of people tell me that I'll know when I'm in labor because of the contractions , but I've also had people tell me they didn't feel their contractions until after their water broke , which sometimes the doctors had to do .. So when do you know ??
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
Call me crazy but I'm not scared of contractions I'm more scared of that IV lol or epidural lol I've never had an iv before and it looks scary and people tell me they cry cuz it hurts so bad 😰
Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Losing hope for our rainbow So I'm 5 weeks and 3 days pregnant. I was at work last night and needed to use the the bathroom....tmi...when I looked down the toilet bowl was full of bloody water. When I wiped there was nothing. I've had no pain and more more bleeding since. I went to the er but there wasn't much they could do because I'm so early. They checked my levels (6140) and booked me in for an early scan on Friday. I feel like I've already lost the baby ? I don't know what to do

Sound like two different circumstances. everybody water doesn't break. I knew I was in labor because of the unbearable contractions. if they didn't feel contractions before they water broke then they weren't in labor until their water broke.

^ that is also not true for everyone . ive been 5 cm for a week . i feel the contractions , my waterbag is bulging . they wont regulate because my water isnt breaking . ive been in prodromal ( spelling ? ) labor for 2 weeks . all the feelings of being in labor , just not in labor if that makes sense . its crazy how different everyone is .

i dont have drama with anyone . i post about my pregnancy . or if im hungry . she asked a question . i said your response wasnt true for everyone . and i explained why . because if that happens to her , she knows its okay . and i dont wish that on anyone . the possibilities with labor are endless for everyone . i clearly didnt respond to you because im not arguing with someone states away over basically someone elses vagina . if i was flat out saying you were wrong , i would have tagged you in the comment . nothing you said was wrong , just not true for everyone . 👋🏻 @0816mommy

like my sister, we were getting over cream, she stood up and was leaking. so we went home so she could change and about 30min after her water broke is when the contractions started. and you'll know your in labor when you have contractions with out your water breaking and contractions are 2-4 minutes apart lasting at least one minute. I didn't get my water broken by doctors until hours after I was in labor to help me dilate more. now my friend been contracting for 3 weeks now and because it was too early they tried to stop them, but they came back but are very irregular. sometimes ever 5 minutes and sometimes every 10 minutes but nothing is progressing and they not going to do anything as long as she not dilating until 38/39 weeks.

and that's true everyone is different. I was giving her my experience with my first pregnancy. but if you are contracting every 2-3 minutes consistently for an hour, then more than likely you are in active labor. @princesssskxo

you would think . i got sent home because i wasnt dialating fast enough for them . bc i only went bearly half a cm in an hour . @0816mommy

37 weeks . i was at 5cm . im sure im probbbably about 6 by now @0816mommy

oh ok, they probably wanted you to be closer to term since they channeled it to 39 weeks. back when I had my son 2010 full term was 37 weeks. so back then if you were having contractions every 2-3 minutes and went in and was at 3cm they would keep you especially if the contractions stayed at 2-3 minutes apart, they would just do stuff to get you to dilate. things are different now @princesssskxo
