Just nurse and pump thats what i did i wa sonly making about an oz every 3 hrs but thats enough for a newborn that's exactly what the baby needs keep on dont give up after that you'll see your milk supply increasing

@aniyahsmommy_0623, they got me pumping to bring it down they said it will take some time

since I had my daughter at 28 weeks they have me doing nipple stimulation every 2 hours for 15 minutes to get ready for it to come in. they told me it could take up to a week for my milk to come in.

It took me 3 days for my supply to come down. My lactation consultant said its not uncommon for some women to take 7 days before getting any milk. You just have to keep pumping!
