I think I may stop breastfeeding. It's been a month and for the past two weeks it's hurt so bad because my baby's latch is always wrong. I'm frustrated and we have no schedule when it comes to feeding. I give up....formula it is.

if you want to talk to someone for free check your local hospital they should have a lactation consultant but i suggest going to la leche league website & checking for a group near you. they are an organization that's been around for years they help mothers learn all they need to successfully do it. it's hard but if you find someone to can show you & baby how to do it i promise it gets easier. once i learned my son & i got into an easy schedule & now i can honestly predict when he will feed again.
don't give up! breastfeeding is the best thing for her! keep at it and look into all possible avenues to help out get answers, it'll be so worth it!!!
Don't give up try a nipple shield its cheap but very good won't even cause you pain you can do it mama
No, hers goes in sometimes, and I haven't seen her tongue go over her bottom lip. I will take a look at the page.
They limit movement and cause baby to have an incorrect latch. Does top lip flange out while nursing? Does tongue reach over bottom lip? The group can really help even if you don't get a consult.

Dont give up. Join expressions lactations group on facebook, there is an iclc who will do a skype call for 25 dollars which is really cheap, she can help you get a better latch. Has baby been checked for ties
