What tipped you mama’s off that you were having multiples??

My little beauty queen is six months old! It seems like just yesterday I was up wee hours in the morning eating chocolate cup cakes and watching greys anatomy while she was in my belly. Time flies too fast!

When you still suffer from SPD and learn real quick that your ass can't walk more then an hour, yet you keep going because your 5 weeker is quietly sleeping for once😳😩🔫

How much fenugreek is good to take to help increase supply? Currently taking 610mg per day.
