im 18 weeks pregnant and having some annoying leg cramps please just go away...anyone else experience leg cramps?

I just let it pass I tried everything water, bananas my doctor told me drink Powerade I walk seems like nothing working

Yeah I make sure I drink tons of water and yoga moves and stretching of leg seems to help get a towel wrap it around ur foot and pull toward u breathe tooo
