@nowmrspost Thank you as well hunny. I'll try a and get hubby to massage them. I drink plenty of water but have been looking into yoga hopefully my friend starts her classes soon

unless it's contraindicated for your pregnancy, magnesium oil to legs or bottom of feet could help. bananas too. and hydrate.

yea me too @lillyb i sit fir 8 hours. my legs cramp and back hurts

My legs have been hurting the last 3 days, more so thr last 2. It's like a dull ache in my legs hips and back. It makes it hard to sit for 8hr annual training...
