unless it's contraindicated for your pregnancy, magnesium oil to legs or bottom of feet could help. bananas too. and hydrate.

My legs have been hurting the last 3 days, more so thr last 2. It's like a dull ache in my legs hips and back. It makes it hard to sit for 8hr annual training...
we got this
