Omg! I seriously cannot cope with these leg cramps! ... Sick of being rudely woken up by them! ..I've never had cramp in my legs so much and hurt so bad in my life ..... Anyone know how to stop them lmao 😵😶 it happens far too often at the min xx

I have to do that cos my poor boyfriend does 72+ hours a week and he's always knackered so don't wanna wake him but it's so horrible @sazockaz14 xx
I'm suffering really bad with them and restlessness. as soon as I go to bed 😢. can only sleep for five hours a night once settled. I've been getting up and sleeping in spare room xx
Haha I know I find that helps too @zeld only problem is is when I'm asleep I don't feel it coming on lol .. I just wake up with it :( ... I find myself rolling about the bed with my leg completely still for what feels like half an hour lol! Then I think yey it's gone and then 2 secs later it comes back .. Our lad just tells me to get up and walk it off but that is so hard to do when yah can't move it lol xxx I hope it doesn't get to bad for you either @sara87 lol! Xxx
I've found the only relief is to pull my foot upwards and stretch the calf muscle as soon as you feel the cramp start to bite (opposite of pointing your toes) it seems to nip it in the bud IF you catch it at that stage. Sadly I've found little that helps once the cramp gets a hold - unless you count hopping round the room uttering loud obscenities 😜
I know it's horrible @sarah29493 lol! ... I always wake up and our lad is just laid there fast asleep I could kill him lmao! ... The first time it ever happened I woke up proper screaming the place down at 4 in the morning ha!...xx

aww my calfs are ok mine just the leg . I can imagine how painfull it b having cramp on the calfs bet u can't hardly walk 😑 if it gets worse speak to your doctor @jodipatton
Or I don't just get like one cramp either I get it then it stops and I feel so happy then 2 mins later it comes back .. Only thing is is for days after my calfs kill me when I'm just walking around its horrible xxx @sara87

So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
