@marleas.mommy, mines super low! I'd rather be as comfortable as I can be. This one girl told me she tried to do it natural and had to end up having an emergency c section because she had a seizure! How do girls wanna go through that much pain when your vagina is getting ripped?!?!

@marleas.mommy, I don't have a high pain tolerance at all and I went without the epidural. It's possible, just tough.

@i.xvi.mmxvi, my family's baby's average on the 9-10 pound babies no less. That'd be way too much to handle with no epidural for me

Omg seriously! Hell no. I see videos of women doing it natural and that shit looks painful! I can barely handle when my daughter is sitting in a position that gives me bad pain !

@marleas.mommy, like as soon as I get to like six or seven cm I want the epidural. Seven is the latest you can get it

I'll probably go to about 5 or 6 cm when I get it. just get the pain meds they give you up until then

I still think it's possible. Even with a big baby. And I'm pretty sure some places will let you get the epidural later than that, as long as you can get into position and be still.

The contractions weren't bad for me until like 8, 9 and 10 cm. Then, they were so bad pushing was a relief to my body. It felt good to push and once my first baby was out delivering the second one was a breeze.

I'd like to try to go as long as I can without an epidural but I honestly don't think I'll be able to do it without one, I don't see why so many people act like super hero's because they put their body in that much pain? we're all carrying and creating precious life, that it's self is like a super power. Idk about everyone else but I'm more than happy to use everything that medical research has given us. Women way back when had no choice but now we do, just like vaccines, they tested all of these things to help humans why are soooooooo many people against them!?

@emkasting, Honestly I have a really high pain tolerance, but I'm being realistic! my boyfriend was a nine pound baby and I'm already bigger than I should be I don't want to stress my little body out to the point where I can't even hold my baby, or remember them coming into the world.

My boyfriend was also a huge baby, almost 10 lbs. my doctor told me that it could really go either way, like my baby could be as big as his dad was or it may have nothing to do with it. But I'm trying to prepare myself for the possibility that he's gonna be a BIG boy lol! Especially cause today at my ultrasound he is weighing in the 80th percentile. Of course I know that could change by my next appointment even but like you I want to try and be realistic. I just want him to be totally healthy and I also don't want to push my body beyond its limits as far as pain goes @kaylaweilert

I went in wanting natural but open minded. ended up getting narcotics and 2 epidurals cause my labor went for 4 days....I was early so they didn't want to progress me but didn't stop my labor either. I had her at 35 weeks 1 day. she ended up being 7 lbs because I had gestational diabetes. if my labor was only 15 hrs (how long it took for her to come out after finally getting induced due to high BP) I probably could've done it but not for 4 days fuck that
