How Many Oz Are You Mommies Pumping & How Much Are Your Newborns Drinking ?

my little one is 3 weeks and I'm only able to pump 1-2 oz at a time: ( I don't pump often I nurse on demand.

No I Only Pump If We Leave Which Is Rare Because I'm Still Recovering From A C Section Or I've Pumped So My Husband Can Feed Our Son While I Nap Or Shower , Etc . But Other Then That I Nurse On Demand Whenever He's Hungry I Nurse , He Eats For About 20 - 45 Min . I'm A Ftm So I'm Learning As I Go , My Boobs Have Been Starting To Randomly Leak Even After I Nurse . Or While I'm Nursing The Opposite Boob Starts Leaking I Feel Like Its Crying Cs It Hasn't Had Its Turn Yet Lol . When That Happens Is It Okay To Pump & Just Store The Milk Till Needed ?

Are you exclusively pumping? Because if you're breastfeeding pumping this early can cause encouragement.. The first few weeks your baby really needs to establish your supply not the machine.. Unless baby isn't nursing, then pump on...Just don't want you to get encouraged because it's painful

A newborns stomach is only the size of an almond.. They don't need much at all. Whatever you have is plenty for baby.
