my baby has been in my bed since birth (5 months ), we tried multiple times to put her in her own bed but it just became…

I had our son in bed for a month with us and I had to go to bed at the same time he did because we would snuggle together. Now that I have him sleeping in his bed but in our room, my boyfriend and I get to have some time to ourselves which is nice

In my opinion, even though I still don't have my baby here, the longer you wait to take the baby out of your bed, the harder it will be.. for you and for your baby. 😞 We will have to have our baby in our bedroom for a while, because we live in a 1 bd apartment.. but as soon as he is born, I'll start looking for a bigger apartment just so he has his own bedroom when he turns 3 months old.. (but this was a common decision between me and my husband.. whatever works for you and yours 😉)

@theosmommy, 😭😭😭 she has had her own bedroom since forever, has 3 different things she can sleep in and idk why i still have her in my bed . im breastfeeding so i think i use that as an excuse, but im so undecided, so edays i want her out, somedays im like no way !! smh

My little guy will be 5 months on the 15th and we are the same way. Yes he has his own room, plenty of options of things to sleep in including a bassinet and crib in my room...yet he sleeps with us. Sometimes he will sleep in his own bed in our room until about 2-3am and then when he gets up for a feeding he just stays in bed with us. I wouldn't change a thing. I also have two older boys 18 and 15 I did the same thing with so...do what works for you. I know I am not rushing him growing up, I blinked and my oldest turned 18. I plan on cherishing every moment with this little man.
