I'm not sure if this is acid reflux or heartburn or the same thing , but I get where I burp alot and it burns my throat ? what Is this and what can I do to stop it because it really hurts my throat and I've never had it before pregnacy

@naerae54, I don't like taking just Amy medication either, so I take a swig of apple cider vinegar for heartburn and the acid that comes up sometimes and it has helped me so much.
I do not like taking medication while pregnant is their anything as far as home remedies that will help me get rid of it? @jesi0709 j
Yes that sounds like heartburn. You can take Zantac, that's what my Dr has me taking and it's working very well for me. You need to be careful and get that taken care of soon, if left untreated, the acid coming up could possibly burn a hole in your esophagus.

So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing.
