I'm 7 days past my expected period and I keep waking up in the middle of the night with nausea, sometimes I can't even get back to sleep. I took a test 2 days ago with a first response and it came back negative. What is going on?

Go get blood work done, same thing happened to me and all my pregnancy test came back negative.

I tested two days before my period and got a positive. Do you know when you ovulated?

too early to test. The baby doesn't even plant into the uterus until about 10 DPO & even then you need to wait four to five more days before you have enough of the pregnancy hormone in your body.
