ok ladies I need some advice. Me and my fiance argue a lot and once in a while I like to go to my mom's house and get think about our future together, now my mom has recently told me that if we dont stop doing this then she going to get a lawyer and all this stuff and have our son taken away and shes going to take him. but now she wants to take him for the weekend and im scared that shes not going to bring him back, what should I do??

She can't keep him then u could get the law in it 4 her kidnapping him if she won't give him back
if not, I don't think you have anything to worry about. No judge will take a child away from its parents unless the child is in harms way. People argue all the time, unless its physical fighting or threatening I don't see a reason to worry.
