Any moms not find out the gender until the baby's birth? We think it's a really cool idea. I'm just paranoid with what to buy especially when it comes time for the baby shower.

I have a question, I have PCOS. my periods haven't been regular in years, I really only get one period a year.(my periods usually last 7 days and are super heavy) about 2 weeks ago I started spotting out of nowhere pinkish brownish spotting, no other symptoms. it only lasted about 3 days, it wasn't heavy at all either. any idea what this is?
