These period cramps hurt so bad !!!!!!!!!!!!! they are at the bottom of my belly it hurts to do anything helpp!!!!!!

they last about 45 seconds she they are every 4 to 5 minutes @jassybby6991

I was told they might be contractions. just in case, you should time how far apart they are.

@shylasmum-2016, oh my! I'm pretty sure they're contractions!! i would call labor and delivery or just go in!good luck mama Hope for everything to come out well!
