I NEED HELP ! My 5yr old has lice and I don't know what to do, any advice?!? it's my first time dealing with lice I feel…

Its like a plant pero smells really bad lol if you go to the Mexican store & ask for it they'll have it

yes my bf's sister got them not to long ago and we struggle to take them off specially cause she has a lot of hair I did mostly everything by hand . they mostly stick on the bottom and on the side of the ears . the metal comb helps a lot too whit the piojos but heads up not really whit the eggs it's stressful but try and have patience @selene_drt

@itssteffy21, I will girl I have mint in the back of my house I'll use it as his daily hair treatment. imagine lol a mint leave in his forehead lol I just dropped him at his dads house so I can wash everything.

@lonababy, i tried vinegar and he cried because of the smell but did it after all we put a shower cap on top on the hair for almost an hour but it failed :( I will buy tree tea oil and rosemary and of course the metal comb

try using a lice shampoo at a local pharmacy . but it's also better to take them out whit hand because most of the time the shampoo won't kill all the eggs and he will get them again

Lol omg he is so adorable @selene_drt try what I told u ,I also for my friends daughter I boiled mint in water and blend it together and used it for a anti lice it was to keep the lice away ,.. it worked . we did it every day for a week and no more lice and of course ur ur child has had if for longer amount of time do it for more then a week just to be safe , drain the mint in a drainer so it's just liquid ur spraying in there hair not mint lol

My sister used vinegar on my niece to get rid of them. Also lice hate the smell of tree tea oil and rosemary! But you definitely need that metal comb

My hair is to my knees. Lol i got them while trying to help a friend get rid of them a few years back.

There is a lot of home remedies if you're willing to take the extra time! But the metal comb is a very big must!

@itssteffy21, there he is with his treatment all happy he thinks it's funny to have lice lol he was happy.

well its gonna sound crazy bcuz it was lol but he put on a spray bottle a bit of bleach, idk if you know what fabuloso is but he also put that he put ocote & soap mostly the mexican detergents pinol, & water he put it all over my hair & put a bag like if he was dying my hair, & ever since then i haven't had thouse things it work very good but it burns your head i remember so be careful not to put a lot or leave it for to long

try not to go to crazy on the lice treatment though because to much of it will thin out ur baby boys hair ,

lice love clean hair so ur friend is dumb no offense ! lice hate dirty hair.. lmao it's sad how much I know about lice @selene_drt

also when ur down with the metal comb boil it and freeze it and reuse it for the next day to come him or her out . @selene_drt

thank you girl but honestly I have no friends to go to & I told one of them and she told me that it was a hygiene problem but I do shower them everyday.

@selene_drt, if I were you I'd wash his hair with the lice killer shampoo(organic or not). Then comb out every egg. If you have a son cut his hair super short if a daughter and your able to flat iron her hair everyday for a week. Make sure you clean the house real good. Spray with lice killer anything you can't wash in hot water. Pray it doesn't come back! It can be really hard to get rid of.

@angelkisses, yeah it's scary lol I washed all to bedding And clothes I also bought a brush that's specially for the lice. I talked to his dad about it because he gets to see them during the weekend so he could keep an eye at him. I've been checking his head and cleaning it every day it's been four days already

wash everything all his clothes, blankets, it might sound gross but you try taking them out! get a little brush and run it thru his head @selene_drt

omg okay I used to work at a lice removal salon , what u need to do is wash everything put things in bags stuff animals pillows bug a lice removal comb they sell them at ur local drug store get the one with metal teeth, ok and then ur going to buy mint and bowl is or buy a mint shampoo and conditioner , lice hate mint , and buy the treat meant use the treat meant and mint , get a Spray bottle put either conditioner or shampoo in a spare bottle and everyday twice a day or more comb out there hair it's a process ! but u have to be very patient, make sure 7 use mint tho it helps a lot , and comb there hair .

you have to make sure u pop the eggs and lice so they don't go anywhere else , & wash everything and do the treatment again in a few days

go to the drug store and get the shampoo, then wash all the bedding. use the comb to get out any eggs and lice in his hair. It will be okay just scary@selene_drt

they sale shampoos for that!

I'm sure this will be controversial but honestly it works and I have used it.. Go to your local vet clinic and get front line spray.. Not the top spot. It is approved I. Europe for like treatment.
