what can I do to produce more milk? I barely have any I wanted to strictly breast feed but I have to breastfeed and formula feed since I don't produce enough 😩😭

amaresmama make sure you're eating enough and drinking enough water plus the mother's milk tea helps. gatorade helps

Cayden Jeremiah was born April 27, 2016 @ 1:45pm. he weighed 7lbs 14 ounces. I was in labor for 24 hours. he's so precious 💙❤️
