so im 14 weeks. I somehow lost 4 pounds and along with it my baby bump went waaay down. should I be worried?

I lost 18 pounds all together, and now I'm at 31 weeks and just gained my first pregnancy pound yesterday, I'm one pound over my pre-baby weight. My doctor isn't concerned at all, my baby is a pound and a half heavier than she's supposed to be at this point, you're fine mama!

@autumn, I was gaini g weight about 1 pound or 2 a week and now I randomly lose 4 pounds. ot was just so shocking lol

Some women lose well over ten pounds at first. Don't worry about it :) you'll gain it right back soon enough. I didn't gain weight until 20+ weeks no matter what I tried, and now I've gained about 25 pounds. Gaining weight really isn't that big of a deal as long as your eating enough and taking care of yourself.

Nah. Gaining weight in the first trimester really isn't that important. That's what my OB told me.

Yea that's all bloat. 😂 your baby is still a tiny sea monkey (no offense I called my baby this when I first found out, I think it's so cute)
