Omg I sleep on my back && on my stomach ! 😰why is this bad ? I get the belly one because might be squishing my baby but why is sleeping on my back bad ????
Baby can lay put pressure on organs and blood flow and oxygen is reduced. And stomach for obvious reasons. I slept of both and baby was fine but my baby was always him my back
I sleep on my my sides or my back ughh lol and more frequently my right side
I was told that you can get extra back pain in labor because the baby and organs is pushing down on your spinal nerves.
they say sleeping on the left side doesn't compress your organs, so baby is still getting proper nutrients, blood flow, & oxygen @marlene78 @hayleybug
I sleep on my back too. it's the only way I can get comfortable now 😨
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Why does my cat 🐱 have to sleep 😴 on my back 🤷♀️🤦♀️🙄🤣
so I have a habit of sleeping on my back , I hear that's bad. any tips on how to sleep different?
I see so many mommies giving their babies rice cereal to sleep even though it's not recommended? Why?
I've heard it's supper bad to sleep on your back, why is that, and I only ask because 70% of the time I sleep on my back and it's the best sleep ever
It's perfectly fine to sleep on your stomach until it becomes uncomfortable and it will. sleeping flat on your back decreases blood flow to baby but you can prop yourself up a bit with pillows and you'll be just fine.
