I've heard it's supper bad to sleep on your back, why is that, and I only ask because 70% of the time I sleep on my back and it's the best sleep ever
Put a small pillow under your right/left side. This way you'll be sleeping half in your back and half in your side. My doctor said its find to sleep in your back as long as you feel good. If you lay down on the hardwood floor then this is a different story, because you compress your veins.
ms usiecute, I didn't know that either I asked my doctor and she said " as long as you have a good sleep go for it "
Np , my doctor told me at 25 weeks but I still have a hard time not listening . I love laying on my back 😩
my dr said is because she presses all your organs and vains and. is hard for your blood circulation
I see so many mommies giving their babies rice cereal to sleep even though it's not recommended? Why?
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
I know I'm not suppose to sleep on my back but it's the only way I can sleep😖😴
I think it's that fake page back up , but I'm not sure 😒
Sleeping when it's hot?
What do you put your baby's in to sleep when it's hot? Isabella is in a vest and sleeping bag with her window open! It's too hot!! But I can't use blankets as she kicks them straight off and turns round in her sleep!
@jazmin805, I turn at night too, that's why I have two pillows.. One Hug, the other one is under my back. When I switch sides the pillow I would hug end up under the other side ) don't worry, if you're not sleeping on the floor, you'll be fine:) just try to be on your sides when it's possible. I know that left side is so popular because this way baby gets all nutrients and oxygen more efficiently. It doesn't mean that other positions are bad.
