I'm 30 weeks and I'm having this too! I fainted in goodwill last night and was so embarrassed. Went to the hospital and because my blood sugar and pressure were fine they basically treated me like I was crazy.

you're most likely dehydrated, my best friend is pregnant and she has been having the same problem, it got so bad that when she went to go get some blood drawn he veins were so thin they combusted now it looks like big bruises . @zelda133

ive been like that too I havent fainted thank god because I have a 3 yr old and im currently alone at home while my hubby is at work I told my dr and he said everything was fine just to drink more water @zelda133

it's the blood flow honey. just take it easy and rest I was like that in my first and part of my second trimester. it does pass eventually :)
