32+4 and my stomach is hard as a rock. having awful pelvic, back pain. my stomach hurts and pooping a lot. is that bad?

32+3 I'm so done being preg. back pains, pelvic cramps and severe pain across my stomach. I haven't slept in days.

32 weeks and 2 days having period like cramps and lower back pain from hell. I'm in so much pain I have to have the heating pad on my back and lay down majority of the day.

My Dr. said my cervix were long. have no clue what that means.
