having medicaid really makes me feel like I don't matter and this baby doesn't matter. finding an ob has been very difficult. it's been very discouraging
Transgender children So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are your thoughts on the matter? Do u think the parents are behind this? Idk because I haven't met the parents or children. I just think at 5 it's very young for children to really understand. What do u ladies think?
Does this look like a dog? If so, what kind? Someone posted it on a lost dog Facebook page and said that she is very skinny and looks like she's been on her own for a while. She kind of looks like a baby fox or coyote to me.
My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤
My little one hasn't been very active today which is very unlike him. 😕
Quick question for the women who are pregnant or have been, to make sure the test is accurate the recommend taking it in the morning time should that matter?

I'm sorry girl. It's got nothing to do with you-the government has made Medicaid billing a nightmare for docs and hospitals, so that's why it's hard to find one that will. 😞

medicaid should have sent you a packet of information. in it, there's a book of all kinds of doctors you can see

@arijane316, no I have to pick a "plan" but i have to find a doctor first because not all offices accept certain plans. it's confusing.

I had the same dilemma. I just picked my plan (Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield) and looked up which doctors near me took that. If you have a Norton Women's hospital where you are (I go to a Norton Women's and Kosair Children's hospital), they treat you soooooo good!!!! They make you feel so important and that you and your baby are a priority. It took me forever to find them because Medicaid was confusing for me...but I would definitely check to see if you have one there.. I believe they take all Medicaid plans. :-)

They had me choose a plan n sign up and then I got to choose a doctor. I guess it varies state to state
