My grandmother is trying to find 10 daughters that are having their father in the delivery room with them when they deliver/ or have already delivered.. I told her she wouldn't find anyone. I need to ask someone this have you literally regret having a child with someone. I love my daughter with all my heart but I really regret ever being with her dad.
My doctor told me I have severe preeclampsia😔😔😔 now I'm scared💔 I hope Leah is born healthy🌸 and I hope I deliver her with no complications😔
to my Atlanta mommies: What hospital did you deliver your baby at? Trying to find the best hospital. My sister delivered her child in griffin and the L&D ward there was horrible. Didn't include the child's father (who was there the entire time) & the rooms weren't cleaned (the newborn stayed in the same room)
Delivering with a toddler in the room? Hub and I have no one to trust to watch our 2 year old once I go into labor. I wanted opinions about having my toddler with hub and I during delivery. I think it'll be nice for her to see her baby brother right away instead of just bringing home a strange baby. But what do you think? Anybody else deliver with a toddler in the room? Would love to hear experiences. Thanks ladies!

I am, I just told him I don't want him going past my shoulders. my sister had him in the room when my niece was born as well

I personally haven't. But I was in the room with my best friend, her mom, and her father. He was very respectful and wanted to show his support. When she was in positions to cope with contractions, he would turn to the window or go on his phone. When it was time to push he was waist up.

I'm only having my mom & husband in the room. If it makes you uncomfortable then he shouldn't be in there! You don't need anything stressing you out more on the day you have your baby!

I won't have mine in there with me and he doesn't want to be in the room. he will happily be in the waiting room. to each their own tho. everyone has their preferences

I wish. My father will be there in spirit. He passed away after my highschool graduation. But the baby will be born the same month as my father! What a coincidence!

My dad died last year on my bday but if he was around he would have chosen to stand in the hall is my guess. I wouldn't have been comfortable with him seeing my vag. lol.

I'm having a planned c section and found out they only let one person in the surgery room but I want 2 and my dad is a surgical nurse and has been for years. He got to be in the delivery room with my first daughter and my first emergency c section and he gets to be in the room with me with my first son and last c section and I couldn't be anymore excited!!

I had my dad mom sister and aunt in the room with me. my dad stayed by my shoulders the whole time.

@hayhayes1, If my dad was around to see the birth of his grandchild I would of let him . The focus is so not on your dad looking at your vagina but the fact that one of his children is becoming a mom and it's a beautiful thing to witness . Though it also depends on the relationship you have with your dad .
