Question for any breastfeeding mom's: it looks like I have a rash on and around my left areola. it doesn't hurt or itch, just little red bumps. Any ideas what it may be?

I just need to know when the bf is gonna realize I can't do things myself like I used to because now I have a little one to take care of. can't just leave the room and get a snack unless he's in a secure spot can't get up like I normally do period cuz it hurts to move around. come on now. shape up.
