Honestly I wouldn't be to worried. Its possible yes but highly unlikely. Right now I'm actively trying again, we have never worn condoms and its been 5 months for me and no baby.
given that plan b is only 89-95 % effective. yes it'd possible. you're most fertile after having a baby.
