• watching baby get an arm blood draw is sooo much worse than shots but less bad than watching ties get cut. my poor kiddo. . 😭😭

• eliminating dairy/milk protein and soy protein is so hard. it's in everything..but worth it if it means I can keep breastfeeding and lo stay healthy.
