are any mommies to be high-risk? I am because of my kidney disease. With my first child I didn't have high risk because I didn't have my disease but now I'm always worried.
Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Unnecessary intervention I went to the high risk OB today for the first trimester screening. These same high risk OB's have seen me during my previous two pregnancies and conducted bi-weekly scans due to IUGR. However, this being baby #4, my regular OB said he didn't think it was necessary this time around unless they noticed the baby was small when they scan at their office every 4 weeks. I appreciate that because it gets to be a pain having so many appointments.
I am so stressed right now!!! My OB doesn’t want to take me anymore because I am too “high risk” so I got a new one they don’t want to see me either. They referred me to a group one hour way from my house. But there is only one high risk dr and he doesn’t know if he could see me. I feel like I should not see any at this point.
Any high risk pregnancy mamas here ? I'm still early in my pregnancy but since I'm high risk I have appointments every week sometimes two times a week I'm already over it 😩
Ok so not using actual numbers.. But everyone knows I'm over weight since having my girls. It's no secret. BUT i was talking with my hubby last night and idk how we got to this but he said something like (not using actual numbers) no one should weigh 800lbs, they should take care of themselves. And i said so what if someone weighs 800lbs? He said no one should weigh that, they should be healthier. I said well i almost weigh 800! I'm in the 790s. And I'm healthy. I may be overweight but i don't have any diseases, no high cholesterol, no high blood pressure, i don't have a bad heart, lungs, or anything else. So I'm healthy I'm just over weight. So then we argued about him having an issue with my weight.. Am i wrong in this? Because it really hurt my feelings.. I've tried sooo many different things to lose weight but having hypothyroidism makes you gain/hard to lose. And my medications for depression and anxiety cause you to gain also.. So it's very hard to lose weight.. But i didn't even know he had an issue with my weight until last night..

I have kidney calcifications.. Found out about 3 years ago and never been looked at since about it... Could it cause problems with pregnancy/the baby??? Worried now ):

well I have igA nethropathy and it means I have too much protein in my body which is why they are worried about my pregnancy . you should go to a kidney specialist and ask them about it @ababy16

I think that's what was happening with me as well, I had too much protein in my urine as well as a high white blood cell count. Thank you! I definitely will look into it

I am high risk...with all my pregnancies including this one #3. I had pyloric stenosis, and I have preterm labor with all pregnancies as early as 20 weeks...hopefully this baby won't give me issues...even though since I got pregnant I have been super sick and on medication... almost 2 weeks now and no more medication.
