It's been awhile but happy to say my bear came home from NICU and is doing great!

Miss my bear, he'll come home in a few days...still in nicu, getting better each day.

I love my lil chunk. He's been in NICU for a few days due to some breathing issues but he's getting better. Just a little slow transitioning to the real world. But he's a trooper.

Zander is here! 10lbs12ozs 20 inches long...

Scheduled for c section next Monday...I will be 39 weeks then. I have been losing my plug for four days now, not to be crude but for crying out loud how much is there? And better yet, will labor finally happen after that, before the 18th? Who knows, but I'm just tired and ready to meet the behemoth sumo baby.

Weird coincidence, 37w4d today and lost my plug this am. This also happened with my firstborn the exact same time. So...now it's a guessing game when labor begins. With my 1st it was 38w4d when I gave birth....gettin down to it.

37weeks, 3 days. My 1 year old next to me surprised by Mommas behemoth belly. Lol. Hell it surprises me, the sumo within is so damn huge! Im ready for him to be here!

Ok, had last ultrasound today and Zander' s current projected weight is 7lbs12 oz and I'm measuring at 38 weeks! (Which is 2.5 weeks ahead). Dr. thinks he may be over 9 lbs by the time he's born and may be early...confirmed c section is for the 18th of September unless he decides to come sooner! Quote of the day: "Its ok, you make big babies!"

I'm glad I am listening to my body in regards to this pregnancy. I was going to try to tough it out for a few weeks at work before I went on maternity leave but instead I erred on the side of caution...today has been tough due to some contractions which are fortunately at this moment far apart. I'm not quite 35 weeks yet so I am resting, drinking a lot of water, and laying on my side as suggested to see if the pressure passes....thankful for my sweetheart who is taking great care of me. Baby nee...
