I'm feeling a little better after we got our errands done...I just really wish I could control this anxiety better, I feel like it got so much better through the pregnancy but it's been getting steadily worse and worse after she was born....sometimes I panic over nothing, to the point I won't even be physically able to leave the room...or I'll stress over stupid stuff like the car seat earlier, if it's not just right I snap and that helpless feeling bubbles up....it's horrible. Things have to be a certain way or I freak...and I'm just now beginning to notice this! I wish I could go see a therapist, but I don't even know where to go or if I could, my fiancé is horrible at finding time to go to appointments and my girl WILL NOT take a bottle 😯 I just feel like I need help. I need to get over this so I can stop snapping at my man, and start being a calmer, better mom. I don't want my daughter to learn this from me 😭 I try to keep my cool and I put up this facade that everything is alright for everyone I know and it's not. Everything is not alright. The only thing that keeps me going is the love for my daughter and fiancé, and he really tries to be patient and support me, but I am so scared he's gonna pull away because of my attitude...I've pushed a lot of people away in the past because of what I've been through as a young girl, but he is NOT one of the people I want to be pushed away. He doesn't deserve it, and I love him...I honestly don't know why he puts up with me...sorry preggie mommies, I don't mean to be all melodramatic, just a lot on my mind today after my little OCD panic over stupid shit....

I think you need to talk to your doctor about postpartum depression. It's very common and it sounds like you may be going through it. It's hard being a mom and figuring out how to make things work, but I recommend you talk to someone* about how* you feel. Sometimes our loved* ones and friends aren't enough.

@kimberlyyyy, thanks, I've really been wanting to talk to someone...I dunno if it's PPD because I've always had these troubles...it just seems worse again now, like it was before I met my fiancé 😢 but I wanna find out what it is, if it is PPD or what so I can start feeling better 😔

I would say if it's getting worse then you really should consider talking to a doctor. I know your lil one is older than mine so you must have already done your postpartum check, but maybe you can call either you OB/GYN or your primary doctor and tell them what's going on. They'll be more than happy to help you.
