I have a breastfeeding class that's mandatory for me to go to and I have to get my wic vouchers on Wednesday at 1:30 and I have absolutely no way there. :( this is my only way to get a pump hopefully and I need my wic. :(
Really hating today as I get further along in my pregnancy the more angry I get. I have become very resentful of some of my husband's chocies. Anyone else feel this way?
I hate having to use my WIC stuff I get embarrassed when there is a line behind me but I am so thankful for it. Got all my wic stuff then a few extra groceries, a whole shopping cart full really for $12 after using my wic checks.
If I was to get on WIC is there any way I can get Similac supplement
Modesty- Where did it go? There is too much sexy going on! I was incredibly guilty of it in my younger days, too. But as I get older and look at pictures that women are proud of I actually get embarrassed for them. What happened to old fashioned modesty? I change clothes if my v neck t-shirt shows too much! I know my younger self would be laughing at me right now, but I have definitely changed my perspective as I have gotten older and become a mom! Does anyone else feel this way or have I just turned into a crabby old biddy that forgot what it was like to be young?!?!
Was so close to having my daughter this way but as i pushed my water broke 😩

Figure something out. Friends? Family? Cab? Breastfeeding class is important, and so is making sure you're well fed!!

I couldn't go to mine, but I ended up formula feeding anyway :/ I just wish you lived closer! :(

where do you go for your breastfeeding classes? I live in Ponca City, Oklahoma and have been trying to find one to go to.

@daisydukes, its not that easy, I live 2 hours away from my family and I don't have any friends and I can't afford a cab. @mercy475 its probably my only option to get a pump and I also have to get my wic that day or I'm screwed on food until the 5th. We usually run out by the 3rd week and so by then I have my wic but I don't have anymore vouchers. :( @foleytwins I just go to the health department in Tulsa and its only one class.

@jana.bear, I have no idea what that is.. and I tried sooner ride when u was coming home from the hospital 2 days ago and they had discharged me at 7am and had called it for me and set it up sooner ride ended up calling me at 12:30 in the afternoon saying they had finally arrived and they were there to pick me up.
