@peoplecallmesatan, for a while I was embarrassed to use them if I was a lone there was one night I ran out of formula and I had NO idea. I had to run to the store with my formula check alone and use it and after that I was like...I’m getting my baby food so before anybody gets pissy stfu

Girl I get wic too and i honestly don't give a fuck who makes a scene. My baby is getting her stuff and if mofos wana get slapped they can get it. Brush those hoes off girl

@peoplecallmesatan don't be ashamed of getting wic it's for a good reason and when you have your baby it will be a life saver with formula because it is so expensive and then baby food and then toddlers and kids get food until they are 5

@krisfreeman, that’s basically what I do I separate everything for themand have my checks for each part with the stuff but it still takes forever! I can’t wait for us to switch! Thank you

Here's how I make my transactions move more swiftly ((given you have a decent cashier)) I put all my checks in order from longest to shortest, using my fruits & veggies check last. I then place the items of each check on the belt, based on the check in using. Separating them on the belt so the cashier knows these 12 items go with this check, and these 10 items go with this check & so forth! I tell them whatever is on the check that I didn't get, it's because I didn't want/need it. So all they need to do is scan & bag! I sometimes run into a cashier who goes down the list & is checking making sure I have everything & I have to remind her...I come in THIS walmart the 5th of EVERY month & have been getting WIC for seven years, I'm pretty sure I know what I'm doing 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ starting next year though, my state will move WIC to a debit card like EBT. So you only get what you need and when you need it. Good luck with erything !

@peoplecallmesatan I feel the same way. I have agoraphobia which is legit the fear of social situations because you're afraid of being judged. I had to teach myself that it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks. I am me and that is good enough 💖

@mommy_of_two_girls, no :( we have the stupid checks you have to separate out and they have to ring everything that goes on the checks run them through the system and then I have to sign everyone before the transaction is complete it takes forever 😢 we haven’t got the cards yet. Alabama is slow

I never get embarrassed. You shouldn't either. People hold up lines for lots of reasons. Have to write a check, forgot something, got the wrong thing and need to switch it out, failed payment method. You're paying. Just like everyone else. So they can wait!

When I had wic it was a debit card. Just slide and go.

@boymom_, that’s the main reason why I got on wic lol for the formula because I won’t be breastfeeding. And I mean we really do need the extra food at my house. We don’t make much money lol

I know what u mean.. I don't like to use mine either, I make sure to use it last when I leave myself broke.. once I'm BACK to work I won't qualify Anymore but I an soo thankful for it Now! And especially once it comes to formula time (so expensive!) If breast feeding doesn't work out again. I go to the WIC store to use mine tho so I won't hold up the line 😂😂
