I'm stuck in the hospital waiting to be induced later this week (my water broke last week :( ) and my amazing husband is doing all of the nesting for me. He cleaned my car, is finishing the baby's room, doing all the laundry, taking care of our animals, and still making the 2 hour drive to sleep here with me every night. I don't know how I got so lucky.

I'm having such a hard time listening to moms give reasons why they're not vaccinating their kids. It's negligence to not protect your child. Yes, I get the waiting or spacing them out, and even refusing some that don't risk death. But the majority of the vaccines protect your children from death. For those who's babies are unable to get the vaccines (allergies, weakened immune systems etc.) herd immunity is the only line of protection they have!! Does anyone else use the health app or a Fitbit to track your steps? How much are you walking in a day to stay fit? I stopped running completely but I'm trying to walk for about 3 miles a day, much more and my back starts hurting :/ I just feel like it's too little

What have you done for sciatica pain?! I've gotten a massage (totally helped but way too expensive for weekly), been to the chiropractor 3 times (I think its making it worse, and this guy is a pregnancy specialist who my OB recommended), bed rest (can't do it, makes me depressed), and Tylenol (completely works but I think I need too much). My next step is yoga. Any other suggestions?
