Super frustrated. I was making plenty of milk and extra for my daughter and now Im barely making enough for 2 feedings, I used to be able to do 4-5 feedings on one pump session. I cant afford to do formula and I just started taking Brewers Yeast and Fenugreek to boost my milk supply, unsure if its going to work yet. I cant just portion it out to make it last or add water, I wish it was that easy. So what do u guys suggest I do? I know about the mothers tea but cant get some due to short on funds so what else? Thanks!

What pump do you use? Maybe you need to replace some parts cause sometimes it doesn't suck as well over time. And nursing is better for supply baby's saliva triggers milk production!

How often are you pumping? Does baby latch at all?

Oatmeal always works for me. I make oatmeal cookies and I see a difference in my supply in 24hrs

Skin to skin! Take your shirt and bra off and baby's clothes and lay him/her on you for an hour or so and you will get milk! Your body knows what to do, also massaging your boobs help. Good luck! @krystlpaws

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

Transgender children So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are your thoughts on the matter? Do u think the parents are behind this? Idk because I haven't met the parents or children. I just think at 5 it's very young for children to really understand. What do u ladies think?
