I was like that too you just have to breathe and know your baby is in good hands promise it will get better

if you are not ready for people to meet her then family also needs to understand that . I stayed at home for a whole month after my son was born . nobody came over but my mom.

I'm like that still, not as bad but I keep it to myself. I don't feel comfortable at all with anyone holding her.

right now I feel bad for not letting family meet her or friends. but right now I just been avoiding everyone and when they ask to see her I make excuses or ignore there message. it's just stressful because I feel like me being stressed out with this is ruining happy times I can be cherishing.

is it normal to get so stressed to the point I cry? I mean once they all left I grabbed her and cried. and my bf is very supportive he tries to help me through it and holds me when I cry so it's not like I feel alone on this.

Your just a new mommy who wants your baby to be safe. I think it's normal for you to not want anyone touching her, that's how I was I would go everywhere my son went and watched everyone closely. But after a month or two it goes away and you feel more comfortable with people around. But if you start getting any depression and increasing anxiety go to the dr

tell people sorry I'm just not ready/comfortable with others holding her yet.
