
you really can't see it but this breast milk is fresh being pumped and it looks super watery. this is my right side. when I pump on the left it looks like actual milk. is it safe to keep feeding off this side of no???
yes!! the first part of your milk supply (foremilk) is hydrating, but as you keep going, thicker fatty milk (hindmilk) starts coming out. our bodies are so cool like that (:

My breast are heavy and full with milk but when I squeeze nothing comes out and when I try to pump nothing is pumped into the breast pump its like I have milk but its stuck and wont come out...any tips or help on this.. i really would like to breastfeed my daughter....
