Struggling guys :c
My sleep schedule is so messed up. I have had NO energy lately. For some reason I can't fall asleep until almost 5 in the morning and then I wake up at 7, fall back asleep at 10, and sleep until almost 3 or 4 in the afternoon! What do I do? I can't keep myself awake during the day because not sleeping triggers my Hyperemesis and I get ridiculously sick, but even when I try to take Tylenol PM or Unisom at night I just don't sleep. I put my phone down, I have a lavender infused stuffed sheep next to, I keep my eyes closed and the room cool. But for some reason it just won't work. I'm wasting entire days and up all night! What can I do?!

I just want to sleep.. At night.
I've been dealing with pregnancy insomnia since mid 2nd trimester and I honestly don't know what to do either... I think it's just one of those more annoying pregnancy symptoms. You could ask your doctor, I'm sure he/she's heard it a few times and have given other people some sort of an answer. I'm usually up until 2am, wake up when hubby wakes up around 6am, fall back asleep around 8am, and then I sleep until 1 or 2 pm...
It's so frustrating! I'm literally sleeping entire days away.
