Как помочь 2-летнему ребёнку спать всю ночь?

What can I do to help my 2 year old sleep through the night? 😭 he wakes up almost every night around 5-6 am and doesn’t fall back to sleep until 8-9 am and when he falls asleep is when my other kids wake up so I hardly get any sleep also. I don’t know why he doesn’t sleep through the night but any tips? This momma needs some rest! 😪

That’s a normal wake up time for a 2 year old and is usually temporary. My son was waking up between 5:30-6:30 am when he turned 2. He was up for the day. When he got closer to 3, he started sleeping til 7am. Now he’s almost 5 and sleeps til 8/8:15. Id suggest putting him to bed earlier though. If he’s not napping he’s overtired. I’d put him to bed at 7:30pm. Is there a reason you don’t give him a nap anymore? Most 2 year olds still need a nap. Both my kids napped until they turned 4. He should be getting 12 hours total of sleep.

You've gotta set a routine for him and stick to it. Bedtime like 7-730 and must take a nap during the day lol. Naps are essential or kids sleep will be a mess. If he wakes up at 6am that's fine...that's when alot of small children get up anyways. Don't let him go back to sleep. My 2 year old is up between 615-7am everyday.

I agree with @lizibear84, He’s probably very overtired which leads to disrupted sleep. I think trying to keep him up would be helpful and then laying him down earlier at night. I also think it would be helpful to try to get him to nap midday.

He goes to bed at 9-10 and doesn’t take naps during the day.

@lizibear84, i try to put him to sleep earlier but he doesn’t like to sleep early, he’ll just be up in bed talking or just wide awake until he falls asleep around 9. And then he’ll be up at 6 am and falls back to sleep at 9 am but by that time my other kids are waking up so I don’t get to go back to sleep.

he could be over tired. I would try a few days of not letting him fall back to sleep, get him running around like crazy and trying to get him down earlier. The easiest way to adjust a bedtime, though it’s not an overnight fix, is moving it up 15 minutes every few days

i will try that. Thank you!

Both my kids are up for the day at 5:30. They go to bed at 7

That's how Brody was I thought that was normal bed at 7... nap between 11 and 1 and wake up at 530 6.

You may need to adjust bedtime and nap time.

What time does he go to bed? 5-6 is early but it’s not unusual for kids to wake up for the day at that time…

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

4 month sleep regression. My son wakes up like a newborn now. He won't sleep until midnight then last night he woke up at 2 am 5 am and 930. He went back to sleep all times but because I gave him a bottle because I thought he was hungry. Tonight it was time for him to eat after his bath so I gave him his milk and Layed him in his crib to sleep because I thought he was out for the night. Not even 20 minutes later he is awake in his crib. He's quiet so I'll wait and see if he falls back asleep. Did any of your babies do this? Is this a thing? I'm hoping it won't last long. Mind you forgetting to mention he did sleep through the night since 2 and a half months.
