I got my membranes striped today.. All I can say is OW! It was HORRIBLY painful getting it done and I've been having horrible contractions since 3-4pm. Trying to get labor going seemed like a good idea at the time, but that was the most painful thing that has ever happened so far.
Am I the only one that has horrible pains in my hips while I sleep it's horrible I can never lay on one side longer than 30 minutes 🤦🏽 ♀
So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
sooo much pain!! I have horrible pelvic pain and pressure. I am laying down and am constantly getting sharp pains down there! Any remedies to make this pain go away?
Anyone have preterm labor? I got this unbearable pain in my back, worse that normal and I have had horrible back pain this whole pregnancy...then I started getting cramps super low in my abdomen...they felt constant but I was in so much pain they I didn't time them or anything. Before u become pregnant think of this Do I want to be uncomfortable as hell for 40-42 weeks? Do I want to be in horrible pain for up to 14-16 hours even longer Can I handle pushing a big ass head through my vagina Can I handle this with no pain meds(sometimes u can't make it in time) Do I want to go to the hospital 10x before I'm actually in labor. Because inducing your labor at 32-37 weeks for your own selfish needs or getting a csection to do it the "easy" way is just plain selfish and FYI a csection is no easy way out. Maybe cause u Dont go thro labor pains but if you r getting a csection to cut out the most rewarding part because u quit frankly Dont want to be in pain your selfish as hell I've had csection n vaginal So Dont come for me BEING INDUCED IS DANGEROUS TO YOU AND YOUR CHILD! LET BABY STAY IN AS LONG AS POSSIBLE IF BABY IS HEALTHY THIS IS COMING FROM THE MOUTH OF A WOMEN WHO DELIVERED A SON AT 19WEEKS NOT BY CHOICE AND WHO HAS TO GET SHOTS ONCE A WEEK TO CARRY MY BABYS!

@ashton_miller, Yeah, a finger. It was seriously terrible. I couldn't sit still, I was almost in tears. I was so excited, and now I honestly regret it. These contractions are horrible and that pain from the striping was seriously unforgettable. I couldn't even hold my fiancé's hand, I had to put both my hands under my butt so they could reach my cervix. The doctor said some people say it doesn't hurt at all, so who knows. It could be different for you. But it was absolutely horrific for me. He had to do one side at a time, I was moving around THAT much from the pain. Sorry I'm writing so much but it was just, a lot more painful than I would've ever thought. Which was kind of stupid of me. The second a finger goes inside of me it feels like razor blades, so this was that times 19282717719. Maybe I'm just more sensitive down there? All I know is, it was extremely painful and still is extremely painful

oh god. I am 36 weeks tomorrow and just started having my cervix checked a couple days ago and I have a male OB with HUGE hands and I can't stand when he checks my cervix. hurts so bad so I can't imagine him doing that 😂 lol @hellokarly
