Читать все 20 комментариевSo up until about a week ago I was drinking caffeine every day ( a couple cups of coffee, sometimes a soda) but I was reading that it can cause withdrawals in newborns so I quit cold turkey as soon as I read that. I will be 36 weeks on Tuesday and I am wanting coffee so bad. I don't have any decaf here. Is it OK to have one cup? I have the worst headache.

mom13 one cup is fine just dont over do it
mom13 i was encouraged to drink 1 cup of coke a day for caffeine i had a migraine
tahtahme Cold Turkey wasnt good for you either, you should have just cut back to one caffeinated drink

I breastfed my first child for about 3 months until I couldn't anymore due to work and I could never pump enough.
