I'm 39 weeks tomorrow and dilated 3cm and 80% effaced..I don't think I've felt contractions yet though! Is it possible that I've been having them but just don't feel them??? My tummy gets hard often but it doesn't hurt. The only pain I have is in my pelvis, left groin, and lower back!

with my first born , I had nothing but lower back pain they called it back contractions .

Yes.  both my labors started out not feeling them at all til I got to 8 centimeters.  then I started feeling the pressure.
