Been to see the consultant today to see if I had strep like my previous pregnancy she said today its come back clear, but she done my weight and she said I've put on 2 stone omg I feel like crap now 😳 don't feel like I've put on 2 stone or look like I'm feeling super paranoid now to eat 😞xx

you could request it anyway? explain your worries to your midwife @cayleighnatasha I have never had them argue about it, they just give it me because I request it xx

That's good if they do that! I can't help it my little sister died at 48 hours old because of group b strep other than that she was a healthy full term baby... want it out my head but it just won't go until my little boy is here and everything is ok and he's safe xx @zaralee71

I had my booking in appointment the other day and I told the midwife then that I still want to be put on the drip during labour, even if my result is negative. If you haven't had it before then I wouldn't worry too much @cayleighnatasha xx

@zaralee71 yeah I know worries me that on the day I was tested i might not of had it but today I might have it now. so don't really know how to feel for either results really.. Can't stop worrying about it xx

GBS isn't always detected, there are alot of false negative results. I had it with my first but showed negative with my second, I still had the drip with second and have requested it with this one. It's worth thinking about
Feeling bad about your weight gain is normal in pregnancy. Eat healthy if you can but try not to think about it too much. Remember majority of it is the baby, fluid, water retention etc. once the baby is here you'll lose a most of it in one go.
Hi I am into my 15 week now But since last two days am not having good feeling....I just feel something is wrong inside wid d kid...all my symptoms r too less Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though What should i do i am very confused Already have gone through 5 scans because of changing gynec Just feel that untill i hear the heartbeat or see my kid i wont b ok....got sleepless nights

I'm so irritated right now😣 so my MIL is on my WIC and they were going grocery shopping and I asked her to hwt me stuff on the list for my 3 day diet before my GD test. well they come back and everything bought was for her daughter like serious. I was putting it away and she kept saying that's for my lunch so don't eat it now I feel like I'm gonna fail my test Thursday
Okay update. I dropped the kids off at school and they had to check their hair and they were good. I talked to the teacher and she said that they didn't have a case but that an older sibling had it and I guess the mom treated both kids. I was like oh but if you have a case do we get notified and she said no, it's a HIPPA violation. 🤯 I said how, I'm not asking for names and you don't even have to say it was in their class. I feel like now the parents weren't told that their kids have been in contact and I'm ready to homeschool. She said everything is kept separate with covid going on. I feel like I'll be dealing with this again and I'm kinda annoyed. I don't want to seem like a crazy mom but I'm like should I call their doctor to see what the school is supposed to do.
Feeling so torn right now because they said it's HCG is negative so I am so confused because at first at doctor that I am seeing in ER says it's positive and now my doctor that I just see at doctor office said that's negative?
