so I work alot and my mom watched my baby when I'm working and today is my day off .....well anyway I undressed her to give her a bath and she have dry patch all over her. what can do for her to help her skin

Lotion! Aquaphor is amazing for dry skin. And Aveeno is also very good, especially the oatmeal ones because that hydrates the skin.
